On the other hand, some engines perform optimally with a heavy pre-load, reducing oil volume under the plunger to enhance stiffness. COMP Cams® Short Travel Hydraulic Roller Lifters offer the advantages of both light pre-load and reduced oil volume, resulting in the most stable and highest-revving hydraulic lifter.
